The Venezianico Nereide GMT is one of those watches that punches considerably above what its name recognition might initially suggest.

Designed in Italy and built around the brand's Nereide dive-watch platform, this reference 3521503C combines the usefulness of a GMT with an unusually elegant silver-and-rose-gold color scheme.

The silver sunray dial changes character dramatically with the light, while rose-gold-tone hands and applied markers add warmth without overwhelming the design. An arrow-tipped GMT hand tracks a second time zone against the 24-hour bezel, while a date window at 3 o'clock handles everyday duty.

At 39mm, the Nereide is also remarkably wearable. It's large enough to feel like a capable sports watch but compact enough for wrists that don't want a 42–44mm diver.

Condition:

The stainless-steel case and bracelet show light scratches and surface marks consistent with wear. The silver sunray dial presents attractively, and the contrasting rose-gold-tone hands and markers remain one of the strongest visual features of the watch.

The Nereide GMT is powered by a Japanese automatic GMT movement, providing conventional hours, minutes and seconds along with an independently displayed second time zone.

The GMT hand completes one rotation every 24 hours and works in conjunction with the numbered bezel, making it possible to keep track of home time while traveling — or simply another time zone that matters to you.
