The Seiko 5 Sports SRPL77K1 takes the unmistakable styling of Seiko’s legendary SKX and scales it into a compact, highly wearable 38mm package.
Its deep blue, denim-inspired dial is matched with a blue unidirectional rotating bezel and framed by large LumiBrite-filled hands and hour markers. The familiar day-date display sits at 3 o’clock, while the offset crown at 4 o’clock preserves the distinctive SKX family profile.
Inside is Seiko’s dependable caliber 4R36 automatic movement, featuring both hand-winding and hacking seconds. The movement can be viewed through the exhibition caseback and provides approximately 41 hours of power reserve.
The stainless-steel case and bracelet, 100-meter water resistance and excellent nighttime visibility make this an approachable everyday sports watch. At 38mm in diameter and only 44.2mm from lug to lug, it offers the character of the larger Seiko 5 Sports models without overwhelming smaller wrists.
This example presents as unworn, with its Seiko hangtag and protective wrapping still fitted to portions of the bracelet. It has also been tested on a timegrapher and is running strongly at approximately +5 seconds per day.
