There is a reason the Tissot PR 100 has been a mainstay of the Swiss brand's lineup for decades: it's designed to be exactly what its name implies — precise and robust.

This particular PR 100 adds something even better: Tissot's Powermatic 80 automatic movement.

Reference T101.407.16.051.00 pairs a versatile 39mm stainless-steel case with a deep black dial, applied silver-tone hour markers and a distinctive framed date display at 6 o'clock. The black leather strap keeps the watch dressy, but the PR 100's 100-meter factory water-resistance rating and sapphire crystal give it considerably more everyday capability than the typical dress watch.

And at just under 10.4mm thick, it remains slim enough to disappear comfortably under a shirt cuff.

Condition:

The stainless-steel case shows light surface marks consistent with normal previous wear, particularly on its polished surfaces. The black dial presents cleanly, with crisp applied markers, hands and date display.

The black leather strap shows evidence of previous use, including normal creasing and wear, but remains presentable and is fitted with the original Tissot deployant clasp.

Movement & Performance:

Inside is Tissot's Powermatic 80 automatic movement, offering approximately 80 hours of power reserve. The movement operates at 21,600 vibrations per hour and can be viewed through the watch's exhibition caseback.

That 80-hour reserve is more useful than it might initially sound. Take the watch off Friday evening and, assuming it is reasonably well wound, it can still be running Monday morning.

No battery. No daily winding. Just a very practical Swiss automatic movement.
