This particular Link adds something even better: TAG Heuer's Calibre 16 automatic chronograph movement.

Reference CJF2114 pairs a substantial 42mm stainless-steel case with a deep blue dial, three-register chronograph layout, applied silver-tone hour markers and a date display at 3 o'clock. Surrounding the dial is a fixed stainless-steel tachymeter bezel, giving the watch the sporting character expected from TAG Heuer.

But the defining feature is unquestionably the bracelet. TAG Heuer's sculpted, articulated Link bracelet flows directly into the case and gives the watch a look unlike virtually anything else in Swiss watchmaking.

Condition:

The stainless-steel case, bezel and bracelet show surface marks consistent with normal previous wear. The polished and brushed surfaces remain well defined, and the watch presents attractively overall.

The blue dial presents cleanly, with crisp printing, applied hour markers, hands and chronograph registers. The sapphire crystal presents cleanly in our photographs.

The stainless-steel Link bracelet is full length and is fitted with its original TAG Heuer folding clasp.

Movement & Performance:

Inside is TAG Heuer's Calibre 16 automatic chronograph movement, operating at 28,800 vibrations per hour.

The movement provides traditional mechanical chronograph functionality with a central chronograph seconds hand, 30-minute and 12-hour counters, along with running seconds and a date display.

The chronograph has been tested and starts, stops and resets properly.

The movement can be viewed through the watch's exhibition caseback.

No battery. This is a traditional Swiss mechanical chronograph combining automatic winding with the tactile operation that makes a mechanical chronograph so satisfying to own.
